7-14-1135. Debt service fund. A port authority may create a debt service fund and accumulate therein a sum determined by the governing body, together with interest thereon, for the use, repairs, maintenance, and capital outlays of a port. History: En. Sec. 15, Ch. 456, L. 1985.
