7-14-2123. Acquisition of machinery and materials. (1) Out of the county road fund, a board of county commissioners may: (a) purchase and operate grading and other machinery necessary or desirable for the improvement of the county roads; (b) acquire deposits or quarries of suitable road-building material by purchase, condemnation pursuant to Title 70, chapter 30, or lease.
