7-14-2132. Control of weeds along roads and highways. (1) The district weed board shall control noxious weeds on the county roads. (2) If the department of transportation does not control noxious weeds on state and federal highways in any county, the district weed board shall control them. Upon presentation by the board of a verified account of the expenses incurred, the costs of control shall be paid by the department. History: En. Sec. 5-114, Ch. 197, L. 1965; amd.
