7-14-2202. Construction and maintenance of bridges crossing county lines. Bridges crossing the line between counties shall be constructed and maintained by the counties into which the bridges reach. Each county shall pay such portion of the costs of construction and maintenance as shall have been previously agreed upon by the respective boards. History: En.
