When lands are necessary for the construction, erection, or use of a ferry that cannot be procured by agreement between the owner of the ferry and the landowner, the right-of-way and all other lands necessary for the use and construction or erection of the ferry may be acquired by condemnation as provided in Title 70, chapter 30.
