7-21-3107. Fee for weighing. (1) A public weigher who is not a county employee may not receive more than $10 for each receipt issued. (2) A county that operates a public scale, after a public hearing and after providing notice of the hearing under 7-1-2121, may adopt a fee schedule for weighing. History: En.
