§ 7-21-3309

7-21-3309. Speculative or resale purchases prohibited. No rules adopted for the government of any market established under this part shall permit any person, firm, or corporation to purchase the products displayed and offered for sale for the purpose of speculating thereon by again offering the same for sale within such public marketplace. The privileges of the markets established under the provisions of this part shall be extended only to the actual producers of the products offered for sale. History: En.
