7-3-1316. Designation of depository banks. On or before August 1 of each year, the commission shall designate the banks subject to state or national supervision in which the funds of the municipality shall be deposited. In designating such banks, the commission shall specify the maximum amount of municipal funds that may be kept at any time in each. History: En. Sec. 64, Ch. 121, L. 1923; re-en.
