7-3-707. Other charter provisions. (1) The charter may establish other legislative, administrative, and organizational structures. (2) The charter may contain prohibitions on the exercise of power by a unit of local government. (3) The charter may include such provisions as may be necessary to permit an orderly transition to the new form of government. (4) The listing of charter provisions in this part shall not be construed to prevent the inclusion of additional provisions in charters. History: En. 47A-3-208 by Sec. 1, Ch. 344, L. 1975; amd.
