7-3-707. Other charter provisions. (1) The charter may establish other legislative, administrative, and organizational structures. (2) The charter may contain prohibitions on the exercise of power by a unit of local government. (3) The charter may include such provisions as may be necessary to permit an orderly transition to the new form of government.
