7-32-121. Public safety commission. (1) The department of public safety shall be under the supervision of a public safety commission. (2) The commission shall consist of three, five, or seven members. Each member of the commission shall serve a 4-year term and shall be appointed as provided in 7-32-121 through 7-32-124.
