7-33-1901. Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply: (1) 'Paid firefighter' means a firefighter qualified under 7-33-4107 who receives full or partial pay. (2) 'Volunteer firefighter' has the meaning provided in 19-17-102. History: En. Sec. 1, Ch. 310, L. 2019.
