7-34-2117. Procedure for conduct of election for trustees -- appointment of trustees. (1) All elections of trustees must be conducted in accordance with Title 13, chapter 1, part 5. (2) The first board of trustees must be elected at the election under 7-34-2110 on whether to create the district, subject to voter approval of the district. (3) If there are no candidates for a trustee position, the board of county commissioners shall appoint the trustee.
