7-4-2112. County seal. The board of county commissioners has jurisdiction and power, under such limitations and restrictions as are prescribed by law, to adopt a seal for the board. A description and impression thereof must be filed by the clerk in the offices of the county clerk and the secretary of state. History: En. Subd. 24, Sec. 1, Ch. 100, L. 1931; re-en.
