7-4-502. Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply: (1) 'Agency' means any office, board, bureau, commission, or department operated by a local government. (2) 'Governing body' means the legislative authority of a local government. (3) 'Local government' means any city, town, county, consolidated city-county, or school district. History: En.
