7-6-2410. Maintenance of records. The county auditor shall carefully preserve all documents, books, records, and other papers required to be kept in the auditor's office. Each county auditor, on leaving office, shall deliver over to the successor in office all documents, books, records, and property in the office belonging to the county. History: En.
