7-7-4407. Role of state agencies. A municipality acting pursuant to this part is not required to obtain any certificate of convenience or necessity, franchise, license, permit, or other authorization from any bureau, board, commission, or other instrumentality of the state in order to acquire, construct, purchase, reconstruct, improve, better, extend, maintain, and operate an undertaking.
