§ 72-15-207

72-15-207. Annual account of condition of all estates. (1) The public administrator shall once each year make to the district court or a judge of the district court, under oath, a return of all estates of decedents that have come into the public administrator's hands stating: (a) the value of the estates; (b) the money that has come into the public administrator's hands from each estate; (c) what the public administrator has done with it; (d) the amount of fees and expenses incurred by the public administrator; and (e) the balance, if any, remaining in the public administrator's hands.
