§ 72-15-304

72-15-304. Adjustment of compensation. The court shall determine and allow the predecessor in office for services rendered in connection with estates not closed a compensation based upon the commission prescribed and allowed by law in proportion to the services necessarily rendered and those necessary to be rendered by the successor in closing up estates.
