72-5-448. Order. After hearing, the court in its discretion may approve, modify and approve, or disapprove the proposed action and may authorize or direct the conservator to transfer or dispose of assets or take other action as provided in the court's order. History: En. Sec. 137, Ch. 264, L. 2013.
