75-10-513. Disposal of junk vehicles -- records. (1) If a person owning or operating a motor vehicle wrecking facility submits a junk vehicle to the disposal program, the vehicle is then the property of the state. (2) A person owning or operating a motor vehicle graveyard shall submit to the department the records, documents, and other information concerning junk vehicles received by that person that are required by rules of the department.
