75-7-402. Distribution of model rule. The department shall send to the governing body of each county a notice of any rulemaking proceeding or hearing under 75-7-401, a copy of the model rule, and a copy of any amendment proposed or adopted. History: En. Sec. 3, Ch. 574, L. 1985.
