75-7-403. Prohibition of enforcement by department. The department may not enforce any standard or provision of the model rule. As provided in 75-7-411, the governing body of a county may adopt and enforce as an ordinance the standards contained in the model rule. History: En. Sec. 2, Ch. 574, L. 1985.
