§ 76-15-203

76-15-203. Hearing procedure if additional territory to be included. If it appears to the department after reviewing the record of the hearing that it may be desirable to include within the proposed district territory outside of the area within which due notice of the hearing has been given, the department shall adjourn the hearing and shall cause due notice of a further hearing to be given throughout the entire area considered for inclusion in the district.
