76-16-303. Voting rights. Only permittee members in good standing as set forth in the state district bylaws are entitled to vote on all issues submitted to a vote of the members. Individuals or livestock producers who operate on temporary permits may not vote. A permittee member has only one vote. Voting by proxy may not be permitted unless clearly outlined procedures for proxy voting are incorporated into the state district bylaws. History: En. Sec. 14, Ch. 208, L. 1939; amd.
