76-16-307. Leasing of state lands. State land that is situated within the boundaries of a state district created under this chapter may be leased by one or more members of a state district if the lease is in accordance with existing laws and regulations of the department. The board of directors of a state district may assist members of a state district in acquiring and administering a state grazing lease.
