76-16-413. Effect of revocation. (1) When a grazing preference is revoked, it is detached from the dependent commensurate or commensurate property to which it was formerly appurtenant and it immediately shifts to the state district. A revocation includes all rights, privileges, and authorities associated with a grazing preference. (2) The state district may then allocate it to either dependent commensurate or commensurate property in the manner provided by its bylaws. History: En. Sec. 22, Ch. 208, L. 1939; amd.
