76-3-306. Covenants run with the land. All covenants shall be considered to run with the land, whether marked or noted on the subdivision plat or contained in a separate instrument recorded with the plat. History: En. Sec. 11, Ch. 500, L. 1973; R.C.M. 1947, 11-3869.
