76-4-131. Applicability of public water supply laws. An exclusion provided for in this part does not relieve any person of the duty to comply with the requirements of Title 75, chapter 6. An extension of a public water supply system or an extension of a public sewage system to serve a subdivision must be reviewed in accordance with the provisions of Title 75, chapter 6. History: En.
