77-1-820. Reporting requirements. (1) On or before September 1 of each year preceding the convening of a regular session of the legislature, the department shall provide a report to the environmental quality council in accordance with 5-11-210. (2) The report must include: (a) existing road closures and restrictions on state lands; (b) anticipated road closures and restrictions on state lands; and (c) ongoing travel management planning on state lands or foreseeable travel management planning by the department or by the department in conjunction with federal agencies conducting travel management planning that may impact state lands.
