80-10-209. Publications. The department may publish by electronic or other means annual information concerning the sales of commercial fertilizers and soil amendments, together with data on their production and use as it considers advisable, and may report the results of the analyses based on official samples of commercial fertilizers and soil amendments sold in this state.
