80-11-519. Penalty for violation. A person who violates any provision of this part is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined an amount not less than $25 or more than $1,000. All fines collected must be deposited as provided in 80-11-518. History: En. Sec. 13, Ch. 83, L. 1999.
