80-4-415. Creation of commodity dealer/public warehouse operators account -- deposit of funds. (1) There is an account in the state special revenue fund. All revenue received under this chapter must be deposited in the account. (2) Money received as revenue under this chapter that is not immediately required for the purposes of this chapter must be invested under the provisions of the unified investment program established in Title 17, chapter 6, part 2.
