80-4-539. Inspection by department. (1) The department may investigate any warehouse operator who has applied for or who had previously been issued a license and may inspect the operator's warehouse for purposes of determining compliance with this part and rules of the department. (2) The department may investigate any warehouse operator or inspect any warehouse that it has reasonable cause to believe is operating in violation of this part and rules of the department.
