80-7-109. Duty to notify department of infestation. A firm, nursery, plant dealer, or landscape service with nursery stock or other materials that are infected or infested with plant pests shall notify the department. The firm, nursery, plant dealer, or landscape service shall comply with the instructions of the department for the control of the plant pests. History: En. Sec. 4, Ch. 551, L. 1993; amd.
