80-8-403. Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply: (1) 'Department' means the department of agriculture as provided for in 2-15-3001. (2) 'Director' means the director of agriculture as provided for in 2-15-3001. (3) 'School district' means a school district established according to Title 20, chapter 6. History: En.
