81-2-203. Indemnity special revenue account -- purpose -- uses. (1) There is an account in the state special revenue fund established by 17-2-102 to be known as the indemnity special revenue account. The account is administered by the department. (2) The department may deposit in the indemnity special revenue account an amount up to $10,000 annually. The principal may not exceed $100,000, and interest earned in the account is retained. (3) Funds are statutorily appropriated to the department, as provided in 17-7-502, for the purpose of indemnity payments as authorized in 81-2-201. History: En. Sec. 14, Ch. 262, L. 1921; re-en.
