81-20-208. Penalties. Any person failing to comply with the provisions of this part or any rules adopted pursuant to this part is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction for the first offense shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 or more than $75. Upon conviction for the second or any subsequent violation of the foregoing provisions of this part the violator shall be fined not less than $50 or more than $200. History: En.
