81-8-256. Fee to operate livestock market. A person operating a livestock market shall pay annually on May 1 to the department a fee established by the department. All fees shall be paid into the state treasury and credited to the state special revenue fund for the use of the department. History: En. Sec. 12, Ch. 566, L. 1979; amd.
