85-15-108. Entry upon land. Any employee or agent of the department authorized by the director of the department may enter upon any land to carry out the purposes of this chapter. The department or its agent shall give reasonable notice to the landowner of the intention to enter upon the land. History: En. Sec. 18, Ch. 501, L. 1985.
