§ 85-2-303

85-2-303. Permit for conversion of nonproductive oil or gas well. A person who desires to convert a nonproductive oil or gas well to a water well shall file a notice of completion or apply for a permit, depending on the maximum appropriation of the well, as otherwise provided in this chapter.
