85-2-523. Rulemaking. The department shall adopt rules for the purpose of implementing 85-2-506 and other controlled ground water area statutes. The rules must include but are not limited to petition requirements and the hearing procedure and process for controlled ground water areas. History: En. Sec. 4, Ch. 86, L. 2009.
