85-20-113. Penalty. Any person who violates or refuses or neglects to comply with any provision of this part or any order or rule adopted by the board or department pursuant thereto or the Yellowstone River Compact is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than $25 or more than $200 for each offense.
