85-20-903. Definitions. As used in 85-20-902 through 85-20-905, the following definitions apply: (1) 'Commission' means the reserved water rights compact commission. (2) 'Compact' means the Crow-Montana water rights compact as approved by the legislature in 85-20-901. (3) 'Department' means the department of natural resources and conservation. History: En.
