§ 85-25-101

85-25-101. (Effective on occurrence of contingency) Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following definitions apply: (1) 'Columbia River treaty' or 'treaty' means the Columbia River treaty between Canada and the United States relating to cooperative development of the water resources of the Columbia River basin. (2) 'Department' means the department of natural resources and conservation provided for in Title 2, chapter 15, part 33. History: En. Sec. 1, Ch. 383, L. 2015.
