85-3-105. Violation as misdemeanor and continuing violations. A person violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, and a continuing violation is punishable as a separate offense for each day during which it occurs. History: En. Sec. 22, Ch. 20, L. 1967; R.C.M. 1947, 89-331.
