85-9-503. Preannexation bonds. Real property annexed to a district shall not incur any liens by reason of bonds issued before annexation unless agreed to by the owners of the annexed property, in writing, prior to annexation. History: En. Sec. 40, Ch. 100, L. 1969; R.C.M. 1947, 89-3440.
