§ 87-1-101

87-1-101. Definitions. Unless the context requires otherwise, in this title the following definitions apply: (1) 'Board' means the state parks and recreation board provided for in 2-15-3406. (2) 'Commission' means the fish and wildlife commission provided for in 2-15-3402. (3) 'Department' means the department of fish, wildlife, and parks provided for in Title 2, chapter 15, part 34. (4) 'Director' means the director of fish, wildlife, and parks provided for in 2-15-3401. (5) 'Warden' means a state fish and game warden. History: En. 26-101.1 by Sec. 1, Ch. 511, L. 1973; amd.
