87-1-207. Establishment of checking stations. (1) Pursuant to subsection (2), the department is authorized to establish checking stations when considered necessary to inspect licenses of hunters and anglers and to inspect any game animals, fish, or fur-bearing animals in the possession of hunters and anglers.
