87-4-422. Rulemaking. (1) The department may adopt and enforce rules that are necessary to implement the provisions of this part over which the department has primary jurisdiction and to coordinate regulation of alternative livestock ranches with the department of livestock. (2) The department of livestock may adopt and enforce rules that are necessary to implement the provisions of this part over which the department of livestock has primary jurisdiction and to coordinate regulation of alternative livestock ranches with the department of fish, wildlife, and parks.
