87-5-602. Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply: (1) 'Board' means the fish, wildlife, and parks crimestoppers board created in 2-15-3404. (2) 'Department' means the department of fish, wildlife, and parks. (3) 'Program' means the fish, wildlife, and parks crimestoppers program created under 87-5-605. History: En.
